Cancellation & Late Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To ensure the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients who arrive late may have their service time shortened to avoid delaying the next appointment, and full service fees will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount and may be required to prepay for future bookings.
